  15. <p>     HOSPITALIZED. TEDDY KOLLEK, 81, exuberant mayor of Jerusalem 
  16. and unswervingly liberal Israeli politician; under observation 
  17. in a cardiac intensive-care unit; at Bikkur Holim Hospital in 
  18. Jerusalem. From his hospital bed last week Kollek suggested 
  19. he is still considering yet one more run for re-election, in 
  20. November, to defy his right-wing Likud opponents. "I want to 
  21. be certain that we will have a moderate mayor who acts toward 
  22. Muslims and Christians the way we would like people to act toward 
  23. Jews all over the world," Kollek explained to Israeli TV viewers.
